Stuff.io creates blockchain-backed digital media that users can collect, gift and, where supported, resell. The Cardano ecosystem catalog describes it as a digital-ownership platform for media such as movies, music, ebooks, audiobooks and podcasts.
Is Stuff.io Only on Cardano?
No. Stuff.io is now multi-chain. Its current documentation lists media across Algorand, Base, Cardano, Ethereum and Polygon, while the STUFF token is available on Base, Cardano and Polygon.
What Is the STUFF Token For?
STUFF is positioned as a utility and loyalty token. Consumers can earn it through the platform’s consumption-reward model and use it for eligible media; creators can use it in publishing, analytics and marketing workflows. Availability and token mechanics should always be checked against current documentation.
Important Change: The STUFF Stake Pool Was Retired
The old Cardano STUFF stake-pool incentive is no longer active. Stuff.io says the pool began winding down on July 3, 2026 (epoch 641) and bonus STUFF rewards through ADA delegation were discontinued. The final deadline for claiming outstanding pool rewards was August 7, 2026.
That means users should not delegate ADA to the old STUFF pool expecting bonus STUFF rewards. If you want to stake ADA, choose an active Cardano pool based on its current parameters and operation.
Do You Really “Own” the Media?
Blockchain-backed media can provide transferable digital ownership rights within the platform’s model, but “ownership” should not be confused with acquiring the underlying copyright. What a buyer can do with an asset depends on the product terms, licensing and supported marketplace functionality.
Is the Product Still Being Developed?
Yes. Stuff.io’s support library was receiving updates in August 2026 and the platform promotes current iOS and Android apps. The Cardano ecosystem directory also continues to list Stuff.io as an active application.
